Representation From A Former Public Defender

Our law firm's founder, Brad Martin, served the people of Weld County for six years as a public defender. He defended hundreds of people against charges ranging from DUI to first-degree murder. In this role, he honed his trial ability. In 2008, Brad represented a client whose trial was televised live on CourtTV. In 2011, he successfully defended a man facing life in prison on a kidnapping charge. That client walked away a free man, as have many other clients.

Needless to say, we are always prepared to take cases to trial, both criminal defense and family law. We know our way around a courtroom and can effectively argue before a judge and jury. We will do everything necessary to make your case a success.
